Following is a brief history about our milestone accomplished so far.

Year 2008 Signature Staff Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated with a small office in Noida. Commenced ITES Recruitment business with a team size of four. Commenced International Recruitment business later in the year. Awarded as the recruitment partner for the year by Barclays Shared Services.

Year 2009 Moved into the corporate office in Noida with State of Art Infrastructure and 150 workstations. Established support functions like HR, Finance & Technical team. Commenced operations in sectors- Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Power & Energy, Infrastructure, FMCG, Consulting, Retail, Information Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Tourism & Hospitality, and Media & Advertising. Appointed 100+ employees. Added 50+ clients. Awarded as the recruitment partner for the year by Barclays Shared Services. Recruitment Partner of the year for Dell.

Year 2010 Commenced operations in Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai. Established Research & Communications support function. Commenced operations in Telecom & Automobile. Attained 200+ clients. Launched In-house recruitment software - HireCraft. Later in the year commenced operations in Ahmedabad & Bangalore. Vertically integrated and structured the organization chart. Partner of the year for Accenture Consulting. Partner of the year for Barclays Shared Services.
