- Convince the candidate
- Act as brand ambassadors for the client
- Provide relevant information
- Engage candidates
- Build relationship
- Interact regularly to keep interest alive
Phase III – Client, Consultant & Candidate Phase
- Present the most relevant candidates
- Facilitate the entire recruitment process till offer
- Negotiations
- Facilitate the closure and engage both the Client & Candidate till the Joining
- Keep back ups for all positions
- Detailed reference checks. If required, we could also help conduct a background check
- Post joining follow-ups with client and candidate ensuring smooth transaction
- Ensure delivery at all times as per agreed Service Level Agreements
