Raman Kaur, Managing Director, Signature Staff, has over 9 years of work experience in sourcing and selection and has seen both corporate and consulting side of operations. She heads the business unit for recruitments for IT enables Services (ITeS). She joined Signature Staff from its inception in the year 2008, and has worked incessantly to help the business grow and expand its horizons.

A graduate from Chandigarh, she started her career in 2002 from Convergys. After a strong and successful learning curve across various activities in operations, she moved to HCL. Her desire to experience a new challenge brought her to Signature Staff.

With strong client relationship skills and extensive involvement in people development, she is specialized in achieving target numbers for volume hiring in a short period of time. She is a self motivated and goal oriented person.

Raman, who has attained training into time management, Stress management, Leadership, Team leading skills and many more is a complete professional with excellent leadership and management skills. She uses HR expertise to the optimum levels and displays immense carefulness and creativeness in HR acumen.

Poonam Bajwa, a BTech from Punjab Technical University and a post graduate in Human resource from Amity University, is associated with Signature Staff from its early stages. Her strategic thinking and skills in converting challenges into opportunities ensured that within a short span, her contributions were reflected in the high profits for the company.

She is one person, who is extremely high on energy, value driven and believes in unlearning & learning at every stage. She carries a rich experience and exposure to a variety of business situations, many of them typical to emerging markets. She has a proven track record of servicing on International hiring which has ensured Signature Staff's visibility on the global map.

Under her leadership, the ITeS and Analytics business units made significant progress in creating a strong focus and building profits. Her specialization ranges from on-site consulting, manpower planning, assessments, training and organizational consulting. She manages equilibrium of information at all levels of people she interacts with, be it clients, candidates or team members.

Manish Dubey, a post graduate in personnel management and labors welfare having more than 16 yrs of experience in manufacturing and service industry in core Human Resource, Projects, and Recruitment.

He has a dynamic HR career, delivering cutting edge performance having experience with design, development and implementation of strategies, recruiting at all organizational levels, talent and performance management processes, and competency mapping. He plays an important role in the development of functional/ business strategy, represent the company in the knowledge area and coordinate the relationships of the functional areas with the entire organization.

Mr. Dubey is an active member of Techno Commercial Team and has successfully established HR, P&A departments in various sister concerns of the group. He is known for restructuring of departments, designing and implementation of systems with his innovative ideas and recognized as best HR in head hunting.

Saroj K. Tiwari, is a post graduate from NewPort University California, USA with 22 years of work experience in companies like Epsilon Consulting, Allergan Pharmaceuticals, Cadila, UCMAS, Sukhvarsha Management Services and HR-One Management Consultants Ltd. He has also attained training in Concept Sales, Leadership, Team management, Vendor Management, Operations, Revenue Generation Profit centre Head Training.

With Strategic management skills and ability to think of innovative ways of business development, Mr Saroj has experience in fields of sales, marketing, operations, and key account management. He is based in Mumbai and plays an important role for Pan India Client Acquisition, Finalization of Executive Search contract at attractive terms, Ensuring that client is been served as per their expectations by offering quality candidatures in Time, Revenue generation for the company from different Business Verticals, closures and collection in time.

Mr Saroj has an expertise in Institutional Management, Business Partnership Management and Relationship Management.

Sandipan Sarangi has a degree in Information Technology with experience of more than 11 years in Human Resource Industry.

He has worked with companies like Cosmos Consultants, Datawise Consulants, Practeam Solutions and Elixir Web Solutions. Prior to joining Signature Staff he headed the delivery for Telecom business in Elixir Web Solutions and prior to that he worked as Head - IT in Datawise Consultants for PAN India. Mr. Sarangi is a professional to the core with endless energy and enthusiasm. Some of his qualities are his leadership skills, passion for work, goal oriented, self motivated and he is always high on energy.

Mr. Sarangi possesses an extremely good eye for detail without missing the big picture and is phenomenal when it comes to maintaining important relationships at work with his clients or his colleagues.
